    I have decided to fight the good fight:

    Bias: Describes an individual or body’s preference, perceived to be partial and prejudged.

    Biased: Describes an action or judgment influenced by bias.

    Note: “They are so bias!” implies not that “they” lack impartiality, but that “they” are cut on the diagonal and against the grain.
