PAX kicks off Friday – the laundry is laundry-ing, the packing is…packing-ing, and the interviews are written(ing). Well, mostly. Part of the pre-show interview fun times is asking my husband if he has any questions he wants answered. Thing is, most of his questions find the line for “hard hitting”, and then throw rocks at it.
Some of his suggestions from last night:
- Seriously?
- Would you guys ever think of a subscription that’s not $15? Like, $2. Yeah, $2.
- When will you give me my Beta key?
- Give me a copy of this game so I can show it to people, because trying to explain it sucks.
- Do you have a job? Like, a real one.
- How many more of these are you gonna make?
- The Virtual Boy was a colossal failure, what made you go back to the well a second time?
- How long has the production of the Ico/SotC Collection delayed the release of The Last Guardian, because I’ve already played both of these and now it looks like we will only get one Fumito Ueda game on the PS3 you bastards?
The juicy core of those is good stuff – and you should probably keep in mind we were laughing pretty hard running through them – so there’s a lot of…refining that takes place – but no matter what I say he insists that “Seriously?” counts as a question.

1I’ll echo that $2 subscription! It’s about time dev’s started thinking outside their box!
